Hotel Regulations

The Hotel Management greatly appreciates your cooperation in observing these regulations, which are intended to ensure our guests a peaceful and safe stay.

§ 1

1. A hotel room is rented for a period of one day.

2. If the guest does not specify the length of stay when renting the room, it is assumed that the room has been rented for one day.

3. The hotel day begins at 14.00 on the day of arrival and ends at 12.00 on the following day.

§ 2

1. A hotel guest wishing to extend their stay beyond the period specified on arrival should report this to Reception by 10.00 on the day on which the room rental period expires.

2. The Hotel will accommodate requests to extend a stay subject to availability.

§ 3.

1. A hotel guest may not transfer the room to other persons, even if the period for which the fee due for the stay has been paid has not yet expired.

2. Persons not registered at the hotel may stay in a hotel room from 7.00 to 22.00. After 22.00, additional persons staying with guests in the room must be registered.

3. The Hotel may refuse to accept a guest who, during a previous stay, grossly violated the Hotel Regulations, causing harm to a guest, hotel employee or another person staying at the hotel, or otherwise disturbing the peaceful stay of guests or the operation of the hotel.

§ 4

1. The Hotel provides services in accordance with its category and standard. In the event of reservations concerning the quality of services, the Guest is requested to report them to Reception as soon as possible, which will enable the Hotel to respond immediately.

2. The Hotel is obliged to ensure:

a) conditions for the Guest's complete and undisturbed rest

b) the safety of the stay, including the confidentiality of information concerning the Guest

c) professional and courteous service in respect of all services provided at the hotel

d) cleaning of the room and the necessary repair of equipment in the Guest's absence, and in the Guest's presence only when the Guest requests it

e) a technically sound room; in the event of defects that cannot be repaired, the Hotel will make every effort, subject to availability, to change the room or otherwise mitigate the inconvenience.

§ 5

At the Guest's request, the Hotel provides the following services free of charge:

a) providing information related to the stay and travel

b) safekeeping money and valuables during the guest's stay at the hotel

c) luggage storage; (the Hotel may refuse to accept luggage for storage on dates other than the guest's stay dates, as well as items that do not constitute personal luggage)

§ 6

1. The Hotel shall be liable for the loss of or damage to items brought in by persons using its services to the extent specified in Articles 846–852 of the Civil Code, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.

2. The Guest should notify Hotel Reception of any damage immediately after discovering it.

§ 7

1. Unsecured and unsupervised parking spaces are available at the hotel. The Hotel shall not be liable for damage to or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to a guest.

§ 8

 

1. Quiet hours are observed at the hotel from 22.00 to 7.00 the following day.

2. The conduct of Guests and persons using the hotel's services should not disturb the peaceful stay of other Guests. The Hotel may immediately refuse to continue providing services to a person who violates this rule.

3. Smoking tobacco products and electronic cigarettes is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel, including the balconies, patio and terrace by the bar. The fee for violating this rule is PLN 500.

4. In the bar area, including the terrace, the restaurant, conference rooms and patio, Guests may consume meals and beverages purchased exclusively on the premises at the hotel. Bringing in and consuming one's own beverages and food, as well as using external catering services, is strictly prohibited.

§ 9

1. Whenever leaving the room, the Guest should check that the door is locked.

2. The hotel guest shall be financially liable for any damage or destruction caused through their fault or through the fault of persons visiting them.

3. For fire safety reasons, the use in hotel rooms of heaters, electric irons and other similar devices that are not part of the room's equipment is prohibited.

§ 10

Personal items left by a departing Guest in a hotel room will be sent to the address indicated by the Guest at the Guest's expense. If no such instruction is provided, the Hotel will store these items for 3 months.

§ 11

The hotel patios are open during the restaurant's opening hours. Use of the patio after the food and beverage outlet has closed, as well as bringing in and consuming one's own alcohol, non-alcoholic beverages and food in the patio area, is prohibited.

§ 12

  1. In the event of a violation of the provisions of these regulations, the Hotel may refuse to continue providing services to the person who violates them. Such person is obliged to immediately comply with the requests of the hotel staff, settle the charges for services provided to date, pay for any damage caused or for smoking tobacco products and electronic cigarettes, and leave the hotel premises.
  2. The Hotel may refuse to accept a Guest who, during a previous stay, grossly violated the regulations, causing damage to hotel property or to Guests, or causing harm to a Guest, hotel employee or another person staying at the hotel, or otherwise disturbing the peace at the hotel.
