Information clause for hotel guests
In accordance with Art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 (Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 04.05.2016) we inform that:
- the administrator of your personal data is Active Hotel Sp. z o.o., ul. Czajcza 19, 51-422 Wrocław
- Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of using tourist services - based on Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016
- recipients of your personal data will be exclusively entities authorized to obtain personal data under legal provisions and entities involved in the provision of services
- Your personal data will be stored for a period of 3 years
- you have the right to request from the administrator access to personal data, the right to rectify, delete or restrict processing, as well as the right to data portability
- you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Personal Data Protection Office
- providing personal data is a condition for concluding the contract.

In accordance with Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 (Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 04.05.2016) I consent to the processing of my personal data for recruitment purposes.

In accordance with Art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 (Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 04.05.2016) we inform that:
- the administrator of your personal data is Active Hotel Sp. z o.o., ul. Czajcza 19, 51-422 Wrocław
- Your personal data will be processed for recruitment purposes - based on Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 and the Labor Code of June 26, 1974
- Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the recruitment
- you have the right to request from the administrator access to personal data, the right to rectify, delete or restrict processing, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time
- you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office
- providing personal data is voluntary
- Your data will be processed in an automated manner, including profiling. Automated decision-making will be conducted according to the recruitment regulations, with the consequence that only selected candidates will be contacted.
